If you want assistance from the very beginning through the first 3 months of licensure to ensure success in starting your group home, purchase my One Stop Shop group home package! If purchased separately, the total price of the combined phases would be $5900 as you go through the licensing process. By purchasing the package upfront, the total price is $4,900.00 (savings to $1,000). You can pay it all at one time to get it out the way or you may pay half down ($2,450) to start, and the other half ($2,450) once your policies and procedures get approved by the state. Phase #1: Policies and Procedures packet and guidance through the licensing process.
Phase #2: “Staff Effectiveness” Training at your facility for your administrator and all direct care staff prior to contact with residents. This include a 25 hour training on state regulations, policies, procedures, forms, and Safe and Positive Approaches for Preventing and Responding to Crisis. Assistance with office setup is also provided if needed. (The price includes my travel expenses to your facility; flight and hotel).
Phase #3: Executive coaching for first 3 months after opening to assist program director and/or direct care staff in implementing crisis prevention/intervention training and operating policies and procedures learned during phase two to the day to day operations.
